Parmesan Sesame Chicken Strips

Ingredients

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast: 4 breast(s)
  • Ritz Craker: 35 cracker(s)
  • Sesame Seed: 1/4 cup(s)
  • Parmesan Cheese: 1/4 cup(s)
  • Mayonnaise: 1 cup(s)
  • Dried Minced Onion: 2 teaspoon(s)
  • Ground Mustard: 2 teaspoon(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 425 degrees.
  2. Line large baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Cut chicken lengthwise into 1/4-inch strips.
  4. Place crackers in a large, zipper-top bag, seal, and roll over cracker with rolling pin until they are finely crushed.
  5. In a shallow bowl, combine crushed crackers, sesame seeds, and parmesan cheese.
  6. In a second shallow bowl, combine mayo, onion, and mustard.
  7. Dip chicken strips into mayo mixture, then into crumb mixture.
  8. Place chicken on prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake 15-18 minutes.
