Ingredients

  • Flank Steak: 2 pound(s)
  • Salad Oil: 3/4 cup(s)
  • Soy Sauce: 1/2 cup(s)
  • Honey: 1/4 cup(s)
  • White Vinegar: 1/4 cup(s)
  • Ginger: 1 1/2 teaspoon(s)
  • Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon(s)
  • Green Onion: 1 bulb
    • Finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut steak widthwise into 12-inch strips. Roll up each strip and secure it with round toothpicks. Rolls should be approximately 3 inches in diameter.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in an electric blender. Marinate steak rolls in the sauce for at least 8 hours.
  3. Barbecue over glowing coals for about 5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until done to your liking.
  4. To broil in your oven, allow about 2 minutes on each side for medium rare.
