Ingredients
- All-Purpose Flour: 2 1/2 cup(s)
- Egg: 6 egg(s)
- Unsalted Butter: 6 tablespoon(s)
- Sugar: 8 tablespoon(s)

for sweet crepes
- Chives: 8 tablespoon(s)
- optional
minced
for savory crepes
Instructions
- Blend flour and sugar or chives.
- Blend in eggs.
- Add half the milk (1 cup) and blend.
- Add half of the melted butter (3 tbsp) and blend.
- Repeat steps 3 & 4 until there is no more milk and melted butter.
- Use 1/3 cup of batter and cover the bottom of a medium sized skillet.
- With spatula lift the edge of the crepe and flip.
