Grandma Lulu's Buttermilk Pancakes or Waffles

Ingredients

  • Eggs: 6 Eggs
  • Buttermilk: 4 Cups
  • Baking Powder: 3 Heaping teaspoons
  • Sugar: 1 1/2 Tablespoons
  • Vegetable oil or Olive Oil: 4 Tablespoons
  • Baking soda: 1 Heaping teaspoon
  • Flour: 3 Cups
  • Salt: 1 Dash

Instructions

  1. Combine buttermilk and eggs. Add dry ingredients and oil. Mix all together in large bowl with a spoon. Some lumps will remain, but disappear when cooking. Batter does not keep well so any leftovers I cook and store in the fridge and warm later.
