Grandma Lulu's Buttermilk Pancakes or Waffles

Ingredients
Eggs:
6 Eggs
Buttermilk:
4 Cups
Baking Powder:
3 Heaping teaspoons
Sugar:
1 1/2 Tablespoons
Vegetable oil or Olive Oil:
4 Tablespoons
Baking soda:
1 Heaping teaspoon
Flour:
3 Cups
Salt:
1 Dash
Instructions
Combine buttermilk and eggs. Add dry ingredients and oil. Mix all together in large bowl with a spoon. Some lumps will remain, but disappear when cooking. Batter does not keep well so any leftovers I cook and store in the fridge and warm later.
