Italian Sausage:
3/4 pound(s)
hot or mild depending on your preference
White Onion:

Heavy Whipping Cream:
1 1/4 cup(s)
Chicken Broth:
3/4 cup(s)
Frozen Peas:
2 cup(s)
Cream Cheese:
1 brick
softened
Parmesan Cheese:
1 cup(s)
Garlic:
2 clove(s)
chopped
Salt:
1 dash
Pepper:
1 dash
Pasta:
1 box
bow tie or penne
Instructions
Sauté sausage and remove.
With oils and juice from sausage, sauté onions and garlic then drain majority of oils.
Add whipping cream brining to a boils for about 5 minutes.
Add chicken broth and cream cheese, cool on high for about 5 minutes.
Add sausage and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add parmesan, spices, and peas.
