Knox Gelatin:

Water:
1/2 cup(s)
Heavy Whipping Cream:
3 cup(s)
Sugar:
1 cup(s)
Vanilla:
1/2 teaspoon(s)
Sour Cream:
2 cup(s)
Fresh Berries:
1 bunch
Instructions
Soften gelatin in boiling water and set aside.
Heat cream and sugar in saucepan. Do not boil, but heat long enough for the sugar to dissolve.
Add the cream and sugar mixture to the gelatin and cool, but do not allow it to set up.
Mix the vanilla with the sour cream.
Mix both the sour cream mixture and the cream, sugar and gelatin mixtures together with a wire whisk. Do not beat.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
Serve with berries of choice.
